Reservation Service Fee

A service fee is charged per reservation no matter how many pets or how many nights selected. This fee covers the costs of preparing each reservation, including delivery/drop off, communicating with owners, making a new collar and dog tag, and tracking payments.

I would like to send my own food. I acknowledge that it is a prescription diet and medically necessary! Glencadia provides and prefers to feed our food with every stay, you can also opt to upgrade to our Gourmet line of food for an extra treat during meal time. We are open to the public at our Columbia County, NY location Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Monday, Thursday and Saturday from 9 AM to noon. Please note we are not open for visitors on Sundays or holidays. We are some two to three hours from NYC - one way.
